Integration Capacity Analysis is the answer to one question: what makes people, organisations, institutions and societies thrive sustainably — not only in what they achieve in terms of value creation, but also in how they allow each individual or subsystem to develop its full potential to contribute towards the greater good, and this at any scale.
Wim pursued this question both from the inside, building, running and turning around organisations in Europe and Asia, and from the outside as an organisational psychologist, knowledge technologist, researcher and advisor.
The years of practice were the field research; the instrument is what they produced. It has been built since December 2025 and is research-grade · under live forward test.
